Scott Taylor

Scott is a director with deal origination and execution responsibilities. He also has involvement in the day-to-day operation of the business. Having worked in the consulting, manufacturing and corporate sector since leaving school, Scott has over 25 years experience in senior management roles. This provides him with well-rounded experience that ensures he understands both his clients, and his own business needs. Bringing those needs together has resulted in a thorough understanding of the repercussions of non- performance. This has always allowed him to work alongside his clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The last 15 years have been spent within the construction industry, doing his own developments and holding a senior position in one of New Zealand’s leading construction companies. Delivering high-end architectural homes, high-density developments and commercial projects, has led to an understanding of both individual and corporate requirements.

Scott prides himself on developing lasting partnerships and ensures his involvement does not cease at the signing of a contract. Establishing the goals of his clients early allows him to immerse himself in a project to ensure these goals are always met. He takes great satisfaction in being available to clients throughout the development process. Scott is based in Christchurch but has a strong network of nationwide partners.
