Silverstream Subdivision
Devcorp is working with developer, Lime Developments on this prestigious development north of Christchurch. Silverstream has been designed to the latest development and building requirements following the Canterbury Earthquakes. The development has been built under a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the developer and CERA; working closely with Waimakariri District Council and Environment Canterbury. Divided into two sections – stages 1-4 and then 5-11, will have over 1,500 Residential Lots once completed. Once complete, Silverstream will be the largest subdivision in Kaiapoi with a retail village and a retirement village in the heart of it all. Devcorp is completing the earthworks, sewer, stormwater, water, power, communications, roading and landscape construction of the entire subdivision. Earthworks on the total site includes over 800,000m3 of imported gravel.

The Sterling retirement community in Kaiapoi will contain 81 villas, 245 multi-storied apartments, 48 residential care beds, 36 memory care beds and a large communal community building including commercial kitchen and bar and swimming pool. Covering over seven acres, The Sterling will be architecturally stunning with quality medical support. Devcorp is to complete the civil and building construction work for this exciting new project.

The Sterling retirement community in Kaiapoi will contain 77 villas, 267 multi-storied apartments, 48 residential care beds, 48 memory care beds and a large communal community building including commercial kitchen and bar and swimming pool. Covering over seven acres, The Sterling will be architecturally stunning with quality medical support. Devcorp is to complete the civil and building construction work for this exciting new project.

Eliza’s Manor
Eliza’s Manor is a Category 2 historic building, catering for functions, boutique accommodation, meals and is highly regarded for its specialty high teas. This restoration project included an electrical fitout, redecoration internally and externally, new commercial bar and associated commercial kitchen. This restoration was completed while the building was fully operational and open to the public.

Partnering with Kāinga Ora, this Hoon Hay development will comprise of three standalone dwellings. Devcorp’s capabilities will be utilised throughout the project from land purchase, construction and onselling as a completed development. Two multi-level four bedroom homes and one two-bedroom single level home will be constructed to provide a warm, healthy, 6 Homestar rated home for three lucky families.

UPCOMING PROJECT
The Sterling, Lincoln
Earmarked for Brookvale subdivision, Lincoln, is land for The Sterling. While the finalised details are still a work in progress, we intend to start initial civil works in early 2021. The Sterling, Lincoln will follow the same profile of works as The Sterling, Kaiapoi, with the determining differing factors being the land and council regulations. Devcorp will complete both the civil and building construction of the project which will have the same flair and comparable design as The Sterling, Kaiapoi.
