Joff Mooar

Joff has a wealth of building knowledge across residential and commercial builds with over 30 years’ experience. He has spent 6 years as a site manager in Christchurch following 10 years running his own residential construction business both in New Zealand and the United States.

Joff values creating a positive team culture onsite, smoothly coordinating trades to deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high standard. He enjoys maintaining productive working relationships with all stakeholders and takes pride in a job well done.
