Kevin Carey

Kevin is an experienced and reliable construction professional with a background working for Main Contractors as both a project manager and a quantity surveyor. Kevin has gained a range of skills on a variety of projects in New Zealand including the landmark Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre as well as large retirement and aged care developments, schools, industrial units, sporting and leisure complexes and residential multi-units.

Originally from Ireland, Kevin, holds a Degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. In his role as contracts manager, Kevin will bring his experience of design and build construction to offer clients detailed estimates and cost plans and manage a successful project delivery from concept through to handover. Kevin is always enthusiastic to get involved in the fine details of the design process to ensure a project’s financial and contractual outcomes are achieved. Kevin enjoys a collaborative approach with project stakeholders and always seeks a mutually beneficial outcome for clients and subcontractors.
